Caressa Hui, Chinese Office Coordinator

CaressaCaressa Hui graduated from Brigham Young University and matriculated magna cum laude with a B.S. degree in Physiology and Developmental biology. She was born and raised in Walnut, CA and currently continues to reside there. She is familiar with the unique characteristics of not only the Chinese culture and community, but also has an appreciation of the modern, Western culture. Caressa has experience in modern Women’s Health Care and a dedication to catering to patient’s needs. Her duties include assisting the doctor in office procedures at the patient’s bedside, electronically documenting important information for patient records, and facilitating Chinese patient-doctor interactions within the clinic. She is devoted to providing high quality care towards every patient through exercising her compassionate and empathetic attitude.

She believes in effective patient communication, and a soft, gentle approach to healthcare where the patient has a voice. Above all, she believes in accomplishing these unique goals in a culturally competent way and is here to extend her helping hand to every patient. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and conversational Spanish.

Lillian Lai, Chinese Office Coordinator

lillianLillian completed her B.S. degree in Neuroscience from UCLA and is a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Arcadia, she has an understanding and appreciation of the cultural diversity in local communities. Lilian has experience in hospital and clinical settings in providing direct care to patients of different backgrounds. Her responsibilities include assisting the doctor in office procedures, documenting medical records, and promoting interactive patient care to facilitate the clinical process. She is dedicated to enhance patient-doctor communication by bridging the cultural differences in medical practice.

She believes quality care, effective communication, and patient education to be essential for modern healthcare. She is committed to address the individual needs of every patient and to ensure patients and family have a positive experience in all aspects of care. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and basic conversational Spanish.


Tiffany Cheung, Chinese Office Coordinator

tiffanyTiffany attended Brigham Young University where she received her B.S. degree in Public Health. She is currently a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Born and raised in West Covina, she has a personal admiration for the variety of cultures and traditions held within her community. Tiffany gained experience in a hospital setting where she was able to assist and care for patients through compassion and patience. Her tasks include assisting the doctor in office procedures and attending to managerial needs. She is committed to satisfying patient’s concerns in a calm and professional manner.

She believes that proper patient interaction and accommodation are ideal in creating a successful clinical experience. Ultimately, she is determined to put patients first and ensures this by breaking typical barriers found in healthcare environments. She is fluent in Cantonese and English, and conversation Mandarin.

Nadia Sanchez, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Office Coordinator for Medical Director Dr. Edward Tangchitnob and Citrus Valley Health Partners (CVHP)

photoNadia Sanchez earned her B.S in Health Administration from California State University Northridge and is currently pursuing her MHA.  She was raised and currently resides in the West Covina and is knowledgeable of the community’s needs and resources. Nadia has experience in elevating patient experience as well as facilitating care in a warm compassionate environment. She is responsible for office operations along with coordinating patient care from initial consults to surgical intervention.  She ensures that every patient and family understands their treatment plan and concerns are addressed by our clinical staff.

She believes in quality care, cultural competency and providing an excellent patient experience. She is here to offer support, guidance and warm hand-offs to every patient and family. She is fluent in Spanish and English and provides patients with interpretations services for numerous languages.  She makes every patient feel at ease and their experience comfortable and enjoyable.
